    Big Boy No. 4014 to Pass Through Texarkana on September 16 During “Heartland of America Tour”

    The historic Big Boy No. 4014 steam locomotive is set to embark on its “Heartland of America Tour” starting Wednesday, August 28, from Cheyenne, Wyoming. This iconic train will journey through nine states, including Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Texas, over the course of eight weeks.

    Rail enthusiasts in Texarkana will have a chance to witness Big Boy 4014 in action when it rolls through the area on September 16. The tour, which celebrates the legacy of one of the world’s largest steam locomotives, will wrap up in late October.
