Texarkana Arkansas District Court Offers Amnesty Program for Outstanding Warrants

If you have an outstanding warrant in Texarkana, now is the time to take action. The Texarkana Arkansas District Court is offering an Amnesty Program that allows individuals to clear their warrants while saving $350 in additional fees.

To take advantage of this opportunity, individuals must appear in person at 100 N. State Line Ave., First Floor, Bi-State Justice Building, and pay their fines in full. By doing so, the warrant will be lifted, and the additional $350 warrant fee will be waived.

For those unable to pay in full, there is still an option to participate. Individuals can be served on the warrant and have a court date set to address the matter. This program applies to Failure to Appear Warrants and Probation Violation Warrants. Additionally, if a driver’s license has been suspended due to an outstanding warrant, resolving the issue through this program will lead to reinstatement.

The amnesty program is available until April 30, 2025.

    For more information, contact:
District Court Office: 903-798-3016 or 903-798-3017
    Probation Office: 903-798-3241, 903-798-3243, or 903-798-3018

This is a limited-time opportunity to clear up legal issues without incurring extra costs—don’t miss out!

After more than 40 years with commercial broadcasting, I decided to do my own thing by blogging, and taking "unconsultant" gigs. It affords me the ability to stay super involved in the community, but still, have plenty of time with my 3 granddaughters and other projects.
