For the fourth year in a row, TexAmericas Center has been recognized for its excellence in financial planning, earning the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award from the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA).
This prestigious award highlights TexAmericas Center’s commitment to transparency, fiscal responsibility, and strategic budgeting in managing one of the nation’s largest mixed-use industrial parks. The award-winning budget for the 2025 fiscal year was prepared and presented by Andrew Hill, Vice President of Finance, who credited the achievement to the dedication of the entire TexAmericas Center team.

To receive the award, an organization’s budget must meet rigorous national guidelines, proving its effectiveness as a policy document, financial plan, operations guide, and communications tool. The GFOA evaluates submissions based on four key categories and 14 mandatory criteria, making the recognition a mark of excellence in governmental budgeting.
