Collectors and hobbyists, get ready! The Texarkana Card Show, hosted by Bandit Trading Cards, is set for this Saturday, April 5, at the Texarkana Arkansas Parks & Recreation Center, located at #1 Legion Drive. Doors open at 9 a.m., and the event runs until 3 p.m.

With over 85 tables confirmed, attendees will find a wide selection of sports cards, comics, memorabilia, vintage toys, and other collectibles. Whether you’re looking to buy, sell, or trade, this show is a prime opportunity to connect with fellow enthusiasts and uncover hidden gems. Dealers from across the region will be on hand, offering everything from rare finds to affordable treasures for beginners and seasoned collectors alike.

In addition to the trading action, the event provides a great atmosphere for networking and sharing a passion for collecting. Whether you’re hunting for a prized rookie card, a nostalgic comic book, or a classic toy from your childhood, there’s bound to be something that catches your eye.

Admission is just $2, while military veterans can attend for free. Families are encouraged to come out and enjoy the event together, making it a fun outing for collectors of all ages.

After more than 40 years with commercial broadcasting, I decided to do my own thing by blogging, and taking "unconsultant" gigs. It affords me the ability to stay super involved in the community, but still, have plenty of time with my 3 granddaughters and other projects.
