Texarkana is fully embracing the arrival of autumn and Halloween this year, and the calendar is packed with family-fun festivals, trunk-or-treats, outdoor games, live music and more. Whether you’re looking for something light and kid-friendly or a night out downtown, there’s something for everyone. Here are more than a dozen events to mark on your calendar.
