The City of Texarkana Texas will be re-building their website soon and are turning to the community for photos for the site’s relaunch. So if you are a shutterbug, now is the time to show your skills!

The City of Texarkana, Texas is hosting a photo contest this month! We’ll be redesigning our city website in the fall, and want to gather as many vibrant, beautiful photos of our great city as possible. We’re looking for all types of photos, including people, community events, nature (bonus for shots taken in our parks!), pets, architecture, detail shots, and artistic photography, as well. If you’d like to enter, visit our website and check out the rules of the contest. We’ll award three prizes, and likely use all the photos you submit on our website at some point. Let us know if you have questions! Tag your photographer friends! Contest will end at 5:00 p.m. on June 30, 2017.
