We are looking for Tina Renee Baldwin, 45, who shows on her driver’s license to live in Little Rock. However, she may be living here now or have some personal ties to the Texarkana area. She has three felony warrants for Forgery after she recently passed several forged checks at banks in Texarkana. We suspect that she possibly obtained the victims’ banking information through mail theft – although that has not yet been proven.
