Early voting has begun in Texas and Arkansas. We have the locations for voters in Bowie and Miller Counties.
MILLER COUNTY voters can cast their early voting ballots from October 22 to November 2, 2018, at the Miller County Courthouse in Texarkana, Arkansas. Hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Saturday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Election Day, November 6, voting hours are 7:30 am to 7:30 pm.
(Early voting will also be available in Fouke, Arkansas on November 1 & 2, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm at the Stanley Davis Community Center.)
BOWIE COUNTY citizens can participate in early voting from October 22 to November 2, 2018, at the Bi-State Building in Texarkana, Texas and the Courthouse in New Boston, Texas. Hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Saturday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and Sundays from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Election Day, November 6, voting hours are 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
