    911 Service Interruption in Texarkana Area

    Law enforcement officials are alerting the community to an interruption in 911 service use due to an issue with Windstream Landlines in both Bowie and Miller Counties. Here are the numbers to use to reach authorities.

    Press Release:

    Windstream landlines are experiencing an outage in Bowie County as well as in Miller County and are unable to reach 911. For Texarkana and Bowie County, please use a cell phone to call either 911 or (903) 798-3876. For Miller County residents (outside the city limits of Texarkana, Arkansas) please use a cell phone to call 911 or (870) 774-3001 ext. 102.
