Authorities in Fouke Arkansas warn residents to keep an eye out for a man posing as a Vacuum Cleaner Salesman. Some area residents have posted about Jeremy Ly attempting to gain entry into their homes. Ly is wanted in Ouachita County for Aggravated Assault and Criminal Mischief.

Fouke Mayor Terry Purvis posted on Facebook…

We checked into it and Jeremy Ly is wanted in Ouachita County, Arkansas.

We asked Purvis about Ly and he told us,

He was last seen in the Atlanta/Bloomberg area August 30th. He has been known to be in the southern Miller County area, including the city of Fouke. If anyone sees him, call 911.

We reached out to Miller County Deputy Michael McQuerry and he told us that nobody has notified 911 of any sightings in Miller County. Not to say the man has not been seen in the area, but that nobody has reported it to law enforcement. He went on to tell us,

I have seen the posts on social media saying he has knocked on their doors or that they spoke to him. We ask that anyone seeing him, or anyone that may think they have seen him to contact 911. We always encourage people to call 911 to report any suspicious people or circumstances.

If you see or have any contact with this man, call 911 immediately.

After more than 40 years with commercial broadcasting, I decided to do my own thing by blogging, and taking "unconsultant" gigs. It affords me the ability to stay super involved in the community, but still, have plenty of time with my 3 granddaughters and other projects.
