The City of Dekalb Texas is confirming a case of rabies at the city pound. The animal is believed to be a grey and cream color cat and came into “high exposure” with humans and other cats in the facility.
The City of Dekalb is warning that if you have been scratched or bitten by ANY animal to contact Dekalb Animal Control at 903.667.0903 or Dekalb Animal Hospital at 903.667.9206. Dekalb City Pound Facebook Page.
