The Collin’s Senior Center on Texas Boulevard in Texarkana Texas is closed until the air-conditioning unit can be replaced. Work is to begin on Wednesday August 10.

With temperatures so high it is just too hot with the old air-conditioning system at the center for citizens to participate in the activities. Work on replacing the air-conditioning unit will begin Wednesday morning August 10th.
