Dee Snider’s Acoustic Remake to Fund Childhood Cancer Research Creates a Brand New Hit [VIDEO]

Twisted Sister Front-man Dee Snider has done an acoustic version of “We’re Not Gonna Take It” in a project with Criss Angel directing the video brings a whole new meaning to the song in a way that will touch your heart.

The video project is to raise awareness and funds for childhood cancer research. Every two minutes a child is diagnosed with Cancer and yet only 4% of Federal Research funding goes to childhood cancer.

The video begins with a white baby grand in the desert, Snider enters in white, but the message goes deeper when you see the young mother sitting with a photograph of a hairless child with cancer and her friends enter carrying a set of clippers. Then her friends shave her head as the changes to the song seem completely new. This is powerful to me, and I wanted to share.
