Fall Fest 2016 happens at Spring Lake Park on Thursday October 20, presented by the Texarkana Texas Parks & Recreation Department and the City of Texarkana Texas. This even is free and open to the public!
It will be a lot of fun for families with games, candy, a hay ride, costume contest, face painting and more. There will also be the Movie in the Park for that night, “Goosebumps” starring Jack Black.
