A fantastic weekend is in store for Texarkana! We expect near-perfect weather for the Four States Fair & Rodeo closing weekend. Thanks to our community partners at Tony Langford Roofing and Whiskey River Country Club, we have your weekend rundown of the best entertainment in town.
The final weekend of the Four States Fair & Rodeo, sponsored by Farmer’s Bank & Trust, promises three days packed with rides, music, and rodeo thrills from April 11–13. Each day, guests can enjoy unlimited midway rides for $35, courtesy of Miller Spectacular Shows. Festivities kick off Friday at 5:00 p.m. with live music from Trophy Husband and the Secured Direct Night at the Rodeo at 7:30. Saturday brings a full day of fun starting at 11:00 a.m., with evening entertainment including live music at 6:30 p.m. and the Kinetic Night at the Rodeo at 7:30. The fun wraps up Sunday with a 1:00 p.m. start and a 3:00 p.m. performance by Locked & Loaded on the outdoor stage. For schedule of events, click HERE.
The “Pork on a Fork” fundraiser happens Saturday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Ramage Farms. Hosted by Runnin’ WJ Ranch and Texarkana Resources, the event will feature a mouthwatering barbecue dinner and live music from the Rick Brown Band, all in support of programs that serve individuals with disabilities. Saturday at the Four States Auto Museum parking lot it is Juggalo Johnny’s 2nd Annual “Pay it Forward” Car show. All proceeds go to little Waylon Simpson and The Warehouse. More information HERE.
Get ready to shine for a great cause at Habitat for Humanity’s “Diamonds for Doorways 2025” fundraiser, happening April 12 at Silvermoon on Broad in downtown Texarkana. This year’s “Denim & Diamonds Edition” promises a night of fun, featuring casino games, a silent auction, a lively raffle, and live music from crowd favorites, the Moss Brothers. Guests will enjoy heavy hors d’oeuvres and drinks starting at 6:30 p.m. at 217 W. Broad Street. A ticket includes entry and three chances to win a stunning diamond, courtesy of Micah’s Jewelers, Cooper Fine Jewelers, and Alexander’s Jewelers.
