This weekend is shaping up to be one to remember, weather, fun and a lot of great entertainment. Thanks to our community partners at Tony Langford Roofing and Whiskey River Country Club here is the rundown for September 26 & 27.
Looks like a beautiful weekend — clear skies, mid 80s for highs bring happy days, and low 60s make for some comfortable nights. Perfect for getting out and having some fun in Texarkana.
Saturday, it is the Tough Kookie Foundations annual Cancer Seminar at Southwest Center. You have questions and this gathering of experts, survivors and families have answers!
Get ready to toss some bags for a great cause! The Randy Sams Invitational Corn Hole Tournament is set for Sunday, September 28, at 3:00 p.m. at Crossties Event Center in downtown Texarkana. This fun community event combines friendly competition with giving back, as all proceeds benefit the Randy Sams Outreach Shelter, which provides critical services to those in need across the area. Whether you’re playing or just cheering on the teams, it’s a chance to enjoy an afternoon of games, fellowship, and support for a vital local mission.
