    Local Fight Posted to Social Media leads to Multiple Arrest Warrants [VIDEO]

    Someone posted a video of a brawl at the Raceway convenience store on Stateline Avenue to the Facebook group “WTF Texarkana” that has resulted in 10 arrest warrants being issued for some of the women that were seen fighting around the gas pumps.

    The TAPD released the following information on the case:

    On 07/18/2017, around 06:25 PM, Officers with the Texarkana Police Dept. were dispatched to the Raceway, 4120 N. Stateline Avenue, in reference to a large fight. This fight was recorded on a cellular phone and later uploaded to a social media account on facebook. The post, which negatively reflects the values of the citizens of Texarkana, was widely shared and commented on.

    The following day, the Texarkana Police Department began receiving numerous complaints regarding this incident.
    An investigation was conducted and as a result, 5 subjects involved in the disturbance were identified. An affidavit was prepared for each subject and presented to the District Attorney’s and Judge’s offices. Subsequently a total of 10 arrest warrants were issued.

    Currently, the Texarkana Police Department is seeking the following 5 adults for the charges of Disorderly Conduct and Rioting:

    Shaynesha Martin DOB 11/17/1997
    Tareah Meeks DOB 07/09/1999
    Ke-Erica Turner DOB 05/26/1997
    Keshawnna Stewart DOB 01/03/1999
    Shakanoyha Nelson DOB 11/02/1998
