Maud Texas Mayor Jessie Hicks has offered an apology to citizens of the small east Texas town through a local Facebook Group, Cheers and Jeers. Acknowledging that mistakes have been made Mayor Hicks is asking for a chance for everyone to work together for the better of the town.
