The Texarkana Arkansas Police Department is seeking a suspect that used a credit card that was reported stolen in Hope Arkansas at a Texarkana, Arkansas Family Dollar Store.

We need help with identification of this individual, who may have used a stolen credit card out of Hope, AR at the Family Dollar Store in College Hill.
