The Texarkana Texas Police Department is reaching out to the public seeking the identity of a man suspected of taking an iPhone that doesn’t belong to him. Can you recognize him from this partial photo?

A young lady accidentally left her cell phone on the counter at the EZ Mart at 2802 Richmond Road last Wednesday. When she got to the parking lot, she realized that she’d left it and went back into the store to get it. Unfortunately for her, this guy saw it laying there and put it in his pocket before she got back inside.
