After more than 6 months on the run, 26-year-old Denickolas Brown of Texarkana Arkansas was arrested in Dallas on a warrant for failure to appear on a rape charge in Miller County Arkansas. Brown is accused of assaulting a woman he met on Facebook.

Texarkana Arkansas Police arrested Brown in December of 2015 when his bail was set at $60,000. His bail was reduced to $45,000 in March of 2016 and he was released on bond on March 14, 2016. He never appeared for his next court date that was scheduled for June of 2016.

Local Circuit Judge Kirk Johnson scheduled the case for pretrial hearing later this month. If Brown is convicted of rape, he could receive 10 to 40 years in an Arkansas State Prison.
