Members of a couple of local Rotary Clubs, along with students from Texarkana High Schools that are members of the “Interact” Junior Rotary program and clients and residents of Opportunities Inc enjoyed a beautiful day in the park.
TexarkanaFYI spoke to event organizer Caroline Folse about all of the work that volunteers put into the picnic and how much fun everyone has with each other on what has become an annual event. She also tells us about the Interact Program and how amazing the local high school students that came to volunteer at the picnic really are.
