T.T.P.D. Available for Group Presentations on Many Topics

Texarkana Texas Police Department Public Information Officer Shawn Vaughn has a wide variety of community education programs that are offered to local groups, clubs, church groups and civic organizations with topics from personal safety and drugs, to internet safety and workplace violence. Just ask!

The department has an excellent presentation on internet safety and the T.T.P.D. is available to do all of their assorted presentations for groups, clubs, churches or other organizations large or small. The department has done presentations for civic clubs, churches, schools, scout groups, businesses, and even for family reunions.

The department has wide range of topics they are able to educate the community on, such as personal safety, robbery prevention for banks and businesses, dangerous drugs (adults and teens), drug dangers (older children), avoiding scams (senior adults), internet safety programs (tweens, teenagers, and parents), safe teen driving, dealing with workplace violence, even tips for what to do in an active shooter incident.
