T.T.P.D. Seeking Information on Suspected Purse Thieves

The Texarkana Texas Police Department is seeking assistance from the public in identifying these suspect purse thieves that struck at Sam’s Club. Take a look and share this post.

T.TP.D. posted this to their Facebook Page:

Last week on Tuesday, a woman at Sam’s Club left her purse sitting in the shopping cart as she loaded her groceries into the trunk of her car. What she didn’t realize was that a man and a woman in another car had been circling the parking lot for the last several minutes apparently looking for a victim. While she had her back turned for just a few seconds, the woman in the car grabbed her purse and they fled the parking lot.

Well, they didn’t waste any time at all. Within the hour, the pair were already running all around Texarkana using a debit card that they found in the purse. Unfortunately for them, they were captured on video in a convenience store on the Arkansas side that night using the card.

If you know who these two are or recognize their car, please give us a call at 903-798-3116 or CrimeStoppers at 903-793-STOP. You can also always just send us a message here.

After more than 40 years with commercial broadcasting, I decided to do my own thing by blogging, and taking "unconsultant" gigs. It affords me the ability to stay super involved in the community, but still, have plenty of time with my 3 granddaughters and other projects.
