Texarkana Texas Police are on the hunt for Richard Williams for Theft Over $2,500. He was driving a stolen vehicle when he fled on foot from Bowie County deputies.

His last known address was in Wrightsville, Arkansas, but we believe that he may now in the Texarkana area.
