Lots to do in Texarkana this Mardi Gras weekend. This is our weekly weekend rundown of entertainment for Friday, February 17, and Saturday, February 18. We have the Mardi Gras parade downtown on Saturday, the Crossties Carnival is in full swing now, and some fantastic live music.
