An 18-year-old Texarkana man has been arrested and charged with rape. The Miller County Sheriff’s Office arrested Brian Lane Pond, 18, on a charge of Rape. The age of the alleged victim is under 14 years of age.

The Miller County Sheriff’s Office arrested 18-year-old Brian Lane Pond on a charge of Rape.
The Criminal Investigation Division began an investigation into Pond for alleged sexual activity with someone less than sixteen (14) years of age. The investigation yielded evidence sufficient for a warrant to be issued by Judge Brent Haltom. Pond was arrested at his residence and is currently being held at the Miller County Detention Center on a $50,000 bond.
