The Texarkana Texas Police Department is searching for Krystyna Rowe for aggravated robbery of a man back in September but has had no luck in apprehending her. If you have information, Crimestoppers will pay, and you can remain anonymous.

Media Release:

We’ve got an Aggravated Robbery warrant for 17 year old Kristyna Rowe.

On September 20, she reached out to the victim on Messenger out of the blue and asked him if she could come over to his apartment to smoke. They weren’t necessary “friends” but he knew of her through social media, so he agreed and she showed up a little bit later. Once there, she asked about taking a shower so he led her to his bedroom and he said he started rolling a cigar for them to share. A few minutes later, he heard someone kicking in his front door. He jumped up and went toward his bedroom door, but he was met by two masked men – one of which had a gun pointing directly at his head. After they shoved him to the floor, Kristyna grabbed his cell phone and two men took his PlayStation 4 and a pack of cigarettes. She then walked out the front door with the two men and they left together.

Maybe they thought the victim wouldn’t report it or that they’d been so slick that no one could ever figure out who they were. We’re not sure that they thought this through completely. At least in Kristyna’s case, it’s kinda hard to hide your identity when you’re friends with the victim on social media. Plus, what they undoubtedly didn’t realize at the time was that the victim had a security video system in his apartment that captured the whole thing. No question at all about what happened.

Detective D.E. Evans is still working to identify her two friends, but he obviously had no problem figuring out who Kristyna was. He got the felony warrant for her and has been trying to find her for the last week. So far, he’s not been able to and is hopeful that you guys can help him out. If you know where she can be found, please call us at 903-798-3116 or Texarkana Area Crime Stoppers at 903-793-STOP.
