Now that winter is on its way back to the Ark-La-Tex it is time to start talking about Chili, and one of the area’s favorite competitions will take place on Friday, January 28 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Funds raised from this annual event are used to coordinate the many programs and services available to the homeless in Texarkana to provide more than a handout but to provide a hand up. With housing services, educational programs, and job training programs.
