The 16th Annual Phantom Ball to benefit Temple Memorial Rehabilitation Center takes place on Saturday, January 26 at Northridge Country Club. The theme for the 2019 Ball is “Dancing with the Stars”.

The night of glamour and fun begins at 8:00 pm. Awards to be presented during the festivities are “People’s Choice”, “Best Dressed”, and “Judge’s Choice”. Temple Memorial Rehabilitation Center is combining Phantom Ball with the popular T.V. show “Dancing with the Stars”. Put on your dancing shoes on and come on out and support Temple Memorial Rehabilitation Center.

For tickets or more information call 903.794.2705 or visit the Temple Memorial Rehabilitation Center website or follow them on Facebook.

The Phantom Ball is really important in raising funds to provide the many services available through the Temple Memorial Rehabilitation Center.

    From the website:

For over 60 years, Temple Memorial Rehabilitation Center has been providing Occupational, Physical, Speech and Autism Therapy to children in the Texarkana area. As a 501-(c)3 non-profit our mission is simple – to provide exceptional services to ensure that all people with disabilities, special needs, or functional limitations have equal opportunities to live, learn, work and play in their community. Temple Memorial Rehabilitation Center is the only non-profit rehabilitation facility in this area that specializes in pediatric therapy. Our therapist treat more than 100 kids a day. Our staff and volunteers are committed to making a difference in the lives of those we serve.

After more than 40 years with commercial broadcasting, I decided to do my own thing by blogging, and taking "unconsultant" gigs. It affords me the ability to stay super involved in the community, but still, have plenty of time with my 3 granddaughters and other projects.
