Texas Special Needs Projects will be hosting the 2017 Special Needs Easter Event for Texarkana on April 11 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Texarkana Moose Lodge, 415 S. Robison Road in Texarkana Texas.

This is the 2017 Easter event for Texarkana ! This event is Absolutely Free to all special needs children, adults and their caregivers.
