In November of 2022, the Korea-Vietnam Memorial in Texarkana will be 40 years old. This Memorial Day our local Chapter 278 of the VVA hosted the 39th reading of the names.
We apologize for the audio. We were thankful for the breeze to keep many cool, but played it havoc with the sound. We were able to improve that as the video progresses and we finished with TAPS.
