29 Pound Catfish Caught at Spring Lake Park [PHOTOS]

I spent a childhood fishing at Spring Lake Park, and way back then you could hook a pretty good fish every now and then. Recently, a man pulled in a 29 pound, 8 ounce catfish from the lake, and that is a record.

David White is reported to fish at Spring Lake Park often, but even he was surprised at the size of the fish he caught on a rod ‘n reel. He caught the fish, weighed it at 29 pounds and 8 ounces, then released it back into the lake. What’s the biggest fish you have caught at Spring Lake Park?
