2nd Annual ‘Fouke Monster Halloween Campout’ at Smith Park October 29-31

Halloween is already spooky, but why not amp it up with a campout in Boggy Creek bottoms, home to the legendary Fouke Monster. This event is October 29 – 31 and is a lot of fun. Campsites are free of charge but are on a first come first serve basis, so be quick and reserve your space now.

You don’t have to be a believer in bigfoot, sasquatches, and what not to have a great time out at Alex Smith Park in Miller County with a great group of folks. Keith Crabtree & Nite Callers Bigfoot Radio’s Lauren Smith are hosting this event.

It’s that time again! Come and visit the home of the Boggy Creek Fouke Monster for the 2021 Fouke Monster Halloween Campout! It’s a hairy scary good time!

October 29-31st!

Join Keith Crabtree & Nite Callers Bigfoot Radio’s Lauren Smith as they host the second annual Fouke Monster Halloween Campout at Alex Smith Park!

We invite you to come camp with us and join in the fun. This is a family friendly event and being outdoors, there’s plenty of fresh air and room for social distancing. This is a great way for Bigfoot enthusiasts and researchers to meet and talk some squatch! Come hear encounters and stories as they are shared around the campfire. Trick or treating around the campsite for the kiddos as well as a costume contest! Squatch Dogs will be set up on site to interview and take witness encounters!

The Boggy Creek Fouke Monster himself, Mr. Keith Crabtree, will be on site to sign autographs and take pictures. If you hang around, he will regale you with stories of the film and growing up in the swamps of Fouke area! Event t-shirts will be available for purchase along with other great items! Vendors will be set up to sell a variety of items that you absolutely have to have!While you are there, take a drive and see the beauty of the Boggy Creek area or go visit the famous Monster Mart store and museum! There’s so much to do and see!

-Campsites are free: first come, first serve.
-Bring your own food and gear.
-Story telling around the main fire at 7 pm on Saturday.
-Trick or treating and costume contest Saturday early evening (Times TBA)
-Vendors are welcome and will be set up at the main pavilion.
-There will also be a photo booth for use to make memories to take home!

The campsites are primitive camping, no electric or water. Vault toilets. You can drive to the nearby 237 Grocery or famed Monster Mart for hot food and treats!

VOLUNTEERS WANTED: If you are interested in volunteering to help out with this event, please contact Lauren. We will need people to help set up, take the cub scouts on a hike, judges for the costume contest, and more.

Donations welcome & will be gifted to the county for the upkeep of this beautiful park!
