Time to dust off your best salsa recipe and put it to the test. If you’re interested in participating all you’ll need to do is bring four pints of your salsa to the market at 305 Texas Boulevard anytime between 7:30 and 8:30 a.m. on Saturday the 23rd. Tasting starts at the end of registration, winners are chosen by the public, and results will be announced at 11:00 a.m..
