    9-11-2020 Updated Texarkana COVID 19 Numbers

    These are the latest COVID 19 numbers released by our local health authorities. Bowie County reports a total of 1,074 positive COVID-19 cases, with 643 recoveries and 71 deaths. Cass County has a total of 273 cases with 246 recovered and 13 deaths. Miller County reports a total of 674 positive cases, 613 recoveries, and 10 deaths.

    Current Active Cases Being Traced – 431
    Bowie County – 360
    Miller County – 51
    Cass County – 20

    Beginning next week, (9/14/2020), Texarkana FYI will not be posting daily COVID 19 updates. The Texarkana Emergency Operations Center will send only two updates a week instead of daily. Releases will be made on Mondays and Thursdays of each week unless something newsworthy happens during the week.

    TEXARKANA, TX— Bowie County Emergency Operations Center reports a total of 1,074 positive COVID-19 cases, with 643 recoveries and 71 deaths. There are currently 360 active cases being traced in Bowie County.

    Cass County has a total 273 cases with 246 recovered and 13 deaths.  Cass County currently has 20 active cases.
