The Runnin’ WJ Ranch Barrel Races are happening now and thru the weekend at the Four States Fairgrounds. This event has grown to be one of the most prestigious equine events in the United States and gets bigger every year. Thousands of riders will compete for over $50,000 in cash and prizes. Texarkana’s Juneteenth Celebration takes place this Saturday afternoon at Front Street Plaza. Opening ceremonies begin at 3:00 pm and the Parade on Broad Street begins at 4:00 pm.
