T.A.P.D. recently arrested Duane Galbreth,48, of Texarkana Arkansas and charged him with Possession of controlled substance-cocaine, Possession of a controlled substance prescription medication, possession of 1 stolen firearm. Galbreth was also charged with Simultaneous possession of drugs and a firearm and theft by receiving-firearm.

Recently TAPD received several complaints of shots fired in the 3500 block of Oakhill street over a period of several days. Last night, while conducting patrols in that area TAPD Officers located Duane Galbreth,48 yoa, in the 3500 block of Oakhill Street. Galbreth was subsequently arrested and charged with Possession of controlled substance-cocaine, Possession of a controlled substance prescription medication, possession of 1 stolen firearm. Due to his possession of two firearms, one which was stolen, Galbreth was charged with Simultaneous possession of drugs and a firearm and theft by receiving-firearm. Additionally 2 outstanding warrants were served as well.
