TTPD has arrested three individuals and charged in the robbery of the Dollar General Store on W. 7th Street. Two individuals were 16 years of age, and the third suspect Jaquaylon James, is 17. The juveniles are being held in a detention center, and James is in custody at the Bi-State Jail.

The Texarkana Texas Police Department arrested three people for the May 26th robbery of the Dollar General store. Jaquaylon James, 17, of Texarkana Texas, and two sixteen year old juveniles turned themselves in to authorities on Tuesday after warrants were issued for their arrest.
Officers were dispatched to the report of a robbery at the Dollar General in the 4900 block of West Seventh Street at approximately 9:40 p.m. on May 26. Three males entered the store and demanded cash from the clerk. They were last seen running west from the store with an undisclosed amount of money.
James is being held in the Bi-State Jail, where his bond has been set at $20,000. The two juveniles are currently being held at a Juvenile Detention Center.
