The Texarkana Texas Police are seeking assistance in identifying a man suspected of skimming ATM cards in the Texarkana area. The suspect has been able to use fake cards and has hit multiple accounts in the area.

The skimmer people are back at it. We believe that they are using the skimmers at ATM machines to get card information and then making withdrawals from people’s accounts using fake cards.
This guy was in the Texarkana area recently and hit several accounts.
