‘American Pickers’ Filming in Southwest Arkansas and Looking to Buy

If you know of someone with a large antique collection and maybe have some character, Mike Wolfe and Frank Fritz want to pick their collection and put them on the popular History Channel Television Series, “American Pickers”, while the team is shooting episodes southwest Arkansas.

Private collections are the prime target for the pickers, but if someone has some unique items, and maybe the history on them, they would be prime candidates also.

There is a special number for people to provide leads to the show. Interested parties should call 1-855-OLD-RUST (653-7878).

    Producers for the show add,

Mike and Frank are only interested in private collections, so we are not soliciting any stores, malls, flea markets, museums, auctions, businesses or anything open to the general public

Wolfe and Fritz are a couple of funny guys with a lot of knowledge on some very strange things, strange but valuable. Truly the duo has a vast knowledge of the items they are picking for and we all know some folks with old cars, trucks or tractors in a barn somewhere and they may be ready to sell.

The show “American Pickers” is now in its 17th season on the History Channel.

After more than 40 years with commercial broadcasting, I decided to do my own thing by blogging, and taking "unconsultant" gigs. It affords me the ability to stay super involved in the community, but still, have plenty of time with my 3 granddaughters and other projects.
