Everybody knows, or should by now that Firehouse Subs is founded by Firemen. Our Texarkana shop recently made a $29,000 donation to the C-5 Volunteer Fire Department for new extrication equipment that will save local lives.

On July 18th, the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation awarded a $29,000 grant to the C-5 Volunteer Fire Department in Texarkana, allowing them to replace their 21-year-old, unreliable extrication equipment with a brand new set of hydraulic tools. This equipment will greatly aid the department as they work to save lives among a rising number of traffic accidents throughout the area.
