Brian Smith of Texarkana Texas was driving northbound on Kings Highway between 59 & 67 around 9:45 am when he collided with a westbound Union Pacific Train. Smith was transported to St. Michael Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The accident occurred near the intersection of Kings Highway and Will Smith Road and is under investigation at this time.
