Two of the biggest names in Red Dirt Country will perform together Saturday night at Scottie’s Grill in Texarkana, Texas. The brothers will be presenting an acoustic “song swap” of some of their biggest hits in an intimate setting for a one on one feel. Don’t miss this show!

Bruce Robison, named as one of Texas’ finest tunesmiths, has been making music professionally for decades. Working with some of the industry’s biggest artists, his songwriting includes Dixie Chicks’ No. 1 version of “Travelin’ Soldier,” George Strait’s recording of “Wrapped” and the beautiful Tim McGraw/Faith Hill rendition of “Angry All The Time,” to name a few.

Originally from Bandera, Texas, Charlie Robison has paved his own way in the country music world as a Texas singer/songwriter drawing equal influence from rock and country. Charlie’s dynamic and hard-charging performing style has made him a Lone Star State favorite and a popular national country-rock attraction.

As part of the My Brother & Me Acoustic tour, this rare concert features the country duo in a unique and intimate performance live in Texarkana at Scottie’s Grill Saturday, July 15.

    The show starts at

Tickets are available online and at Scottie’s Grill located 8400 W. 7th Street in Texarkana, Texas.

After more than 40 years with commercial broadcasting, I decided to do my own thing by blogging, and taking "unconsultant" gigs. It affords me the ability to stay super involved in the community, but still, have plenty of time with my 3 granddaughters and other projects.
