Equality Texarkana, held their first march for equality Sunday afternoon in downtown Texarkana. More than 100 participants marched with the group through downtown and amassing on the Federal Building steps where several people spoke for their cause.
Equality Texarkana aims to serve and empower the local LGBT community as well as other under-served and discriminated communities in the Texarkana area.
