Time for “Movies in the Park” hosted at Spring Lake Park by the Texarkana Texas Parks & Recreation Department. Family-friendly, fun, and FREE! Here are the scheduled films for the Fall season.

A great line-up of movies is scheduled for Fall 2023. Starting with “The Little Mermaid” on Thursday, October 12. “The Addams Family 2” will be featured on Thursday, October 19, and on Thursday, October 26 we continue the long tradition of showing the original, “Town that Dreaded Sundown.

The movies are always shown at Spring Lake Park in the field next to the fighter jet. Movies start just as it is getting dark. Concessions will be available for purchase if you don’t want to bring your own.

Bring your blankets, or lawn chairs and have some quality family fun for FREE!

    (Mosquito spray advised)

After more than 40 years with commercial broadcasting, I decided to do my own thing by blogging, and taking "unconsultant" gigs. It affords me the ability to stay super involved in the community, but still, have plenty of time with my 3 granddaughters and other projects.
