The Texarkana Arkansas Police Department will be hosting a free Car Safety Seat Checkpoint on Thursday, May 11 from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the C.V.S. parking lot at 3098 Stateline Avenue.
This event will be the official start of the Warrant Amnesty Program offered to those that donate a new, in the box child’s safety seat.
Walmart on Stateline Avenue is a sponsor for this program, and during the Amnesty Program will be offering the Scenera Next Convertible seat for only $44.98. That is a small price to pay to save the $350 warrant fee, and other penalties from outstanding warrants in Texarkana, Arkansas.
