The Forward Events Pop-up Shop. Shop till you drop and connect with creative entrepreneurs in the area. This is a monthly event that gives everyone the opportunity to support and shop with small businesses from Texarkana and the surrounding area. Professional Bullriding this Saturday, February 12 with the 4 States Ultimate Challenge Bull Riding Shoot-Out at the Four States Fairgrounds beginning at 7:00 PM. Doors open at 6:00 PM. 30 of the world’s best Professional Bullriders go head to head for $15,000 in prize money. Advanced Tickets: Reserved Box Seats $25, General Admission Bleacher Adult $20, Child 4-12 years of age $10, kids 3 and under are free if they sit in your lap. Super Bowl Sunday… even if you don’t care about the teams, you always have the ads, and it’s a reason. You can pretty much pick your favorite spot to watch the game as most places will have it on the screens.
