Professional tax preparers and individuals interested in advanced income tax preparation can gain valuable insights and training for the 2024 tax season by attending the University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture’s Income Tax Schools. These two-day sessions, organized by the Community, Professional and Economic Development unit of the Cooperative Extension Service, aim to update participants on the latest tax law changes and developments.
Kim Magee, the director of the tax schools, emphasized the importance of staying current with new regulations. “Whether you have employees, work on your own, or are part of a larger team, you’ll need to keep up with new developments and regulations,” Magee said. “Our schools offer a great opportunity to do just that.”
