The Liberty Eylau Volunteer Fire Department is thrilled to announce the receipt of a recruitment grant from the Texas A&M Forest Service. This grant has enabled the department to acquire new recruitment handout materials and a specially designed vehicle wrap.
The newly wrapped fire truck, which remains fully operational as a fire apparatus, will now also serve as a beacon for community engagement. This vehicle will be a prominent feature at all fundraising, school, and community events, helping to attract new volunteers to the department.
A special thanks goes out to Digital Effects for their excellent work on the vehicle wrap. The Liberty Eylau Fire Department is excited to showcase this vibrant new addition to the community.
The department is continuously seeking new volunteers. “There’s a job for everyone,” said a department spokesperson. Interested individuals are encouraged to attend the department’s meetings, held every Monday at 7 PM at 7675 Eylau Loop Rd, Texarkana, TX 75501.
